What are healthy snacks?

Wondering how to eat healthy? Curious about the nutrition facts of snack bars? Granola bars are great suggestions for healthy snacks because they are high energy foods, with healthy carbohydrates and high fibre.

Nature has been perfecting food for millions of years. For the past 20 years, we at Taste of Nature have been taking nature’s wondrous foods, and playing around with ingredients to see what works best.

Our cereal bars, chock full of fruits, nuts and seeds, are carefully crafted to be healthy snacks to grab and eat on the go.

Tasty fruit and nut bars made from top quality ingredients

Our healthy snack bars starts with our commitment to finding the best ingredients. We travel the world to find the best sources for specific ingredients. Then we work directly with farmers to pick and choose the best of their crops.

We could easily buy bulk ingredients from wholesalers and save ourselves a ton of time (and money). But then, our bars might not taste so darn good.

You can see the whole nuts and seeds in our bars. They are not extruded (You know, those bars that look like mush? We don’t do that). Using whole ingredients means we buy the best ingredients, rather than getting the broken bits and “waste” that growers need to get rid of.

We could go on and on, like using apple–sweetened cranberries, as opposed to sugar sweetened ones; like using only certified organic and non–GMO ingredients; like actually tasting the ingredients we use.
