Certified Organic Ingredients
Make Snack Bars Healthier

Organic food is produced in an environmentally sustainable and socially responsible way. Taste of Nature sources ingredients that are farmed with care for soil regeneration, water conservation and animal welfare.

What is Organic Food?

Healthy soil provides the basis for healthy crops and a balanced, resilient ecosystem. Organic farmers build the soil using composted organic matter and crop rotations. The organic approach to weed, insect, and plant disease control is knowledge–intensive rather than technology–intensive. Organic farmers use alternatives to expensive agro–toxins such as synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. Organic food production methods conform to national organic standards and are regulated by certification agencies.

Some products on the market promote organics, but are not certified. We feel certification is a must, or it’s an empty claim. Taste of Nature goes to great lengths to ensure that all ingredients used in our bars are certified organic and that our products as a whole are also certified. Each country has different certifying bodies. It is a huge task to keep track of it all and to go through each certification process (USDA/NOP, NOP/JAS, EU).

We are dedicated to this process and proud of the work we do. Certified organic means we are doing our share to preserve the health of people, animals, plants, water, soil and our planet as a whole.

Organic foods deliver great benefits

Organic foods are higher in nutrients and deliver more health benefits. Our bars are a good source of fibre, and are natural foods that give you energy, protein, essential fatty acids, omega 3 fatty acids, and a host of vitamins, minerals and trace elements naturally found in organic foods, as well as being low in sodium.

They just plain taste better. Doesn’t it make sense to eat organic?
